Really appreciate Craig getting my Honda in on short notice when they were already booked out a week. After explaining to Craig over the phone what was going on with the vehicle, he told me the issue wouldn’t make it a week and that he’ll slide me in if I could get it over there by EOB. Got the car towed over and the team turned the job around in 24 hours. That level of professionalism and service is hard to find these days, and was/is much appreciated. I definitely recommend the team at Performance Auto for your vehicle’s maintenance needs!

Came in for an oil change and it was done in an under an hour! Plus I got some Deerfields donuts and an espresso! Performance Auto is great! Reliable, honest, and friendly. Will be back for all my VW needs.

My alternator failed while driving thru Chicago. I pulled into my hotel and started to park when the car died and rolled til it hit the concrete bumper. The next morning I started calling places - first was a dealership who couldn't get me in for another day just to look at it. I called Performance and got Craig who is, by far, the best automotive service person I have ever dealt with. I explained the issue. He recommended a wrecking company to pick up the vehicle. I immediately called them and called Craig back to let him know they were picking up the vehicle at 10:30am. Craig already had the alternator and drive belt coming from a supply house ! He called back within an hour of the wrecker picking up the vehicle with a price which was very, very reasonable given estimates I had found on the web. I was out of there by 4pm. I own a regional Midwest business with an office in Chicago. I plan on moving my vehicle maintenance to Performance. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have been very pleased with the service I received here at performance auto and everyone has been great to work with. The prices are VERY reasonable and since this is my only car, I cannot tell you how much I appreciate that they give me a ride back to my house while they work on my car and then come and pick me up when my car is done. I definitely give 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Great Service & Value A good friend of mine recommended Performance Auto Center after I expressed frustration with the exorbitant maintenance costs charged by the dealership. I am thrilled for the recommendation. The team at Performance Auto Center is pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. The work was great and, most importantly, the price was fair.
